As long ago as 1908, Eli Jones, the great Eclectic physician, regarded vaccinations as a primary cause of the cancer epidemic. Also where can I view the primary document you were quoting when Jan said “Cotton Mather described Puritanism in America as a Jewish exodus and the Native Americans as the Canaanites to be wiped out for the New Jerusalem. Running first vaccination or inoculation trials in the colonies at that time.”

Have you guys heard of the doctrine of discovery? The pope made this declaration in 1493. This gave European monarchies the right to lay claims to lands uninhabited by Christians. Within the framework of this doctrine, indigenous peoples in the Americas were considered non-human.
