yep. when u sign your medical marijuana card (or any contract/permit with a fiction) with the State, you are basically saying “I’m a criminal and i intend to sell this weed. please check my premises often for compliance and tax my “medicine” heavily.”

    DONT GET PERMITS
“permits”are licenses from the King to do something otherwise illegal. this is how you lose everytime in Court even tho u thought you were lawful….because you never found out what a permit was and what it meant.

the current lobbyists profit orgy focus, the ” Medical Marijuana Movement” is a perfect case in point of how easily people willingly give up freedom for the convenience of being able to drive around with an ounce and not be hassled by the cops.

if a weed goes legal in the forest, and theres no one family like the Kennedys to manage prohibition of production–
    does it make a profit?

    Love the topic, thanks.

I enjoy the shows that feature Freeman Burt but I think sometimes he comes across a little shaky. I didn’t come around here to nitpick so I hope I’m adding something constructive to your efforts.

About 12 minutes into the talk, Burt talks about “shared jurisdiction” between fed and state government. In constitutional terms I don’t think this exists. You can’t have exclusive limitations of government and then have “shared” authority. One entity is either in charge or it isn’t.

Article 1 is clear in its original explanation of federal jurisdiction – within ANY given State. Not to exceed 100 square miles (10×10) for any one State. EVERYTHING else falls under the authority of State jurisdiction.
    And here it is:

    Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;–

    Thanks,

    Forky

A lot of confusion around what a Federal Enclave is, how it’s developed, And implemented in your State. Look into Federal Enclaves such as National Forests, Ranger Stations, and National Parks and you will find some have been voted By an Act of Congress ASSEMBLED. The Majority of said Federal Enclaves are created with only an Act of Congress, a less powerful CLAIM of Authority….if so, it’s up to the Natural Man to point that out, and then the Natural Man can claim Jurisdiction of Authority….

Just to be on the same page here, “authority” is absolute power

“Jurisdiction” is the right to have authority to speak.

Every authority has a source, and you need to know and identify that source of power before you dabble in Legal Land.
